In addition to the 109 luxurious rooms – the Soul Rooms – the hotel has 4 suites that are twice as large in terms of area and decorated according to a theme closely related to Ostend:

• The Record Suite pays tribute to Ostend’s rich music history. The room is equipped with a music system, a bar, a seating area, and a karaoke system;
• The Red Light Suite has a daring interior that refers to Ostend’s former red-light district, just behind the hotel. Jacuzzi, dance pole, mirrored ceilings, a round bed, and a champagne mini-bar are part of the decor;
• The Unwind Suite is inspired by Ostend’s Thalasso past. Jacuzzi, king-size bed, sauna, and cryotherapy (extreme cold as medical treatment) provide a complete wellness experience;
• The Herr Seele Suite pays homage to artistic Ostend. Long-term guests have access to their own kitchen. The interior is hand-painted by the artist himself.

In addition, the hotel also has some unique facilities:

• The The Bar forms the beating heart of the Sky District where the hotel is located. Guests and visitors, residents and newcomers experience the atmosphere of the hotel bars from the 80s with the luminous dance floor and mirrored ceiling;
• The The Ballroom is a multifunctional event space with a stage and a large LED screen that offers possibilities for theater and cabaret performances. In the morning, this space is used as a breakfast room;
