Certainly! Don’t have a credit card? You can pay for your reservation via bank transfer. This is only possible for reservations made by phone or email and must be done at least one week in advance. For last-minute bookings, we ask you to send proof of payment immediately to guarantee your stay.
Are you paying by credit card? Then the amount will be automatically processed according to the payment terms of the chosen rate. You will immediately receive a confirmation from our reservation system. Would you prefer to pay by bank transfer? Then you won’t receive an automatic confirmation, but don’t worry! You can contact us a few days after the transfer to check if everything has been received correctly. Did you book through a platform such as Booking.com, Expedia or TUI? Then you can contact them directly for payment inquiries.
Plans changed? No worries! Contact us by phone or email and we’ll explore the possibilities together. The modification and cancellation conditions depend on the rate you’ve chosen. You can find all the details in your booking confirmation. Did you book through an external website like Booking.com? In that case, please contact them directly.
Unfortunately not, but rest assured that paying in advance is smooth and secure! That’s why we ask you to provide your credit card details in advance. Don’t have a credit card? You can pay by bank transfer – just contact us and we’ll arrange it together!
What a delightful gift! Do you have a voucher or gift card? Then please contact us directly, and we’ll book your stay together. If you make an online reservation, you can mention the code and value of your voucher in the comments section – we’ll take care of the rest. Please note: vouchers cannot be used for bookings made through external platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia.

The Ostendian doesn’t have its own parking, but no worries – you have plenty of options!

Parking Station-Zee – conveniently located near the station, just a 450-meter walk.
Both parking lots are spacious, easily accessible, and ready to safely store your vehicle.

At The Ostendian, dogs are welcome! Your four-legged friend can join you on your adventure for a small fee per night.
Please note: dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area, but don’t worry – there are plenty of other cozy spots where you can relax together!
