Guinevere grew up in the Constant Permeke museum in Jabbeke, where her parents were caretakers. Now she is a journalist, a columnist, but above all a devout Ostender who presents the podcast ‘Oostende Bonsoir’. With a view of the sea, the conversations are guided by ebb and flow, and what glimmers beyond that distant horizon. About then and now, through low tide and high tide, ending with the only question that matters at any age: what do you want to be when you grow up?
Guinevere’s guests share her love for the North Sea. She is proud of her city and regularly publishes on subjects close to her heart. As a journalist, she writes reports and interviews for De Standaard.
