Gunther Vanpraet is an entrepreneur from Ostend, known for his versatile roles in both business and the community. Gunther is the founder of the Economic House Ostend, an organization dedicated to the economic growth and development of the city. He is also the landlord of the iconic Casino-Kursaal Ostend and plays an important role in the preservation and enhancement of this cultural monument.
Vanpraet is also co-owner of Basketball Club Ostend, where he contributes to the success of the club. Additionally, he holds the position of honorary consul of the Republic of Rwanda, through which he promotes diplomatic ties between Rwanda and Belgium. His versatile involvement in both business and the local community has earned Gunther Vanpraet a respected position in Ostend.
